Sentient is a developed in 2017 by Noopur Choksi at the Indian Type Foundry. It is a gorgeous typeface reminiscent of classic Dutch typography, friendly with an authoritative tone. I chose this typeface to design a type specimen for. Trying to show off the beautiful letter forms as well as it’s unique personality. To visually express authority with charm the specimen takes the form a tarot set where the characters have replaced the major arcana. An included booklet gives more detail on the functionality of the typeface including symbols and language support.
